1. Domestic Shipping (Pakistan Only)
We currently ship only within Pakistan. 🚫 International shipping is not available.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders placed before ~3–4 PM (PST) on business days are usually processed and dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after cutoff, or on Fridays, weekends, or holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.
Processing times typically range from 0–1 business day.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Karachi: Same-day or next-business-day delivery in most areas.
Major cities (e.g. Lahore, Islamabad, Multan): Usually 1–2 business days.
Smaller towns or remote areas: Can take 1–3 business days depending on courier reliability.
4. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery
We provide flat-rate shipping across Pakistan.
Free delivery is available for orders above a specified order value threshold: typically PKR 4,000–5,000 or up to PKR 10,000, depending on the store.
Orders below the threshold incur a modest courier charge (e.g. PKR 123–350).
5. Courier Services & Tracking
We partner with reputable courier services (e.g. TCS, Leopards) to deliver your orders. Tracking numbers are issued via email or WhatsApp once shipping is confirmed—allowing you to monitor delivery progress.
We package each order carefully, but cannot be held responsible for courier errors or acts of nature.
6. Cutoff Times & Order Modifications
Modifications or cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placing the order—after that, requests may not be fulfilled.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled or changed.

7. Problems During Delivery
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect, notify us within 24 hours with photographic or video proof. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue via replacement, refund, or store credit.
