Refund & Returns Policy
1. Eligibility & Timeline
You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving delivery (some retailers extend up to 7 or even 15 days for defects)

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following product types cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective:

These hygiene-sensitive items cannot be resold once opened.
3. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or not as ordered, notify us within 3–5 days with photos or video proof .
We’ll provide return instructions and may offer replacement or refund.
4. Returns Process
Contact support via email or WhatsApp with your order number and issue.
After approval, send items back safely, retaining all original packaging.
Return postage is paid by the customer—unless the return stems from a genuine error on our part .
5. Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds are issued using the original payment method (no alternate accounts allowed).
